Robotics and Mechatronics (ISRM 2021)


28-30 October 2021, Qingdao, China


CONFERENCE INFORMATION

This symposium aims to promote timely scholarly exchange for the robotics and mechatronics R&D community. This is the 7th in the series following the previous ones held in Hanoi, Vietnam in 2009, Shanghai, China in 2011, Singapore in 2013, Poitiers, France in 2015, Sydney, Australia in 2017, and Taipei, China in 2019. ISRM is an event organized by the Technical Committee for Robotics and Mechatronics under the International Federation for the Promotion of Mechanism and Machine Science (IFToMM). The IFToMM is an international federation for the promotion of mechanism and machine Science with 47 IFToMM Members of territory and national Organizations and 12 Technical Committees (TCs). Among these TCs, the IFToMM Technical Committee on Robotics & Mechatronics is actively working at a broad range of disciplines related to Robotics and Mechatronics.

ISRM 2021 will be hosted in a hybrid mode by Structural Vibration Control (SVC) group at Qingdao University of Technology (QUT), in Qingdao, China, during 28-30 October 2021. Due to the CORONAVIRUS, making presentations remotely for participants who cannot go to the site is possible. The registration fees will be revised for attendees by teleconference.

A Special Session should cover a specific topic in field of ISRM with 4-6 accepted papers


Proceedings

Authors are kindly asked to submit original full papers with recommended length of 6 to 8 pages in Springer format. Instructions will be available in the Symposium webpage shortly. All accepted and presented papers will be published in a Scopus indexed book of the Springer Series Mechanisms and Machine Science, with the title: “Advances in Robotics and Mechatronics – ISRM 2021”. For each of three categories (Research, Applications, and Student), three awards (Gold, Silver, and Bronze) will be given to the best papers.


Registration Fees

Registration fees include attendance, conference kit, soft copy of Proceedings (ISBN), Conference Banquet, refreshments and lunch on both days of the Conference (29-30 October 2021).
